Maasvlakte 2 at InfraTech

This is the seventh edition of the Netherlands' largest, most comprehensive and most progressive trade fair dedicated to ground, road and hydraulic engineering. The Port of Rotterdam Authority and the Maasvlakte 2 Project Organisation will display the scale model of Maasvlakte 2 on the exhibition floor as well as provide information about such ongoing projects as Euromax.

On Wednesday, Mr R.A.B. van der Plas, Head of Realisation, Maasvlakte 2, will give a presentation about the current state of affairs surrounding the expansion of the original Maasvlakte.

On Thursday, Mr R. Paul, Project Director, Maasvlakte 2, will be participating in a forum discussion about the current state of affairs in the construction industry. The topic of the discussion will be recent developments in the construction sector and what the various organisations have actually done in this regard: from image building to invitations to tender, and from innovation to collaboration.

InfraTech 2007 is being held in Ahoy Rotterdam on Tuesday, 16 and Wednesday, 17 January from 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.; Thursday, 18 January from 10:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.; and Friday, 19 January from 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Visiting is free of charge after registration.
