FutureLand opens on monday 5 april 2010: 11 a.m. - 5 p.m. 
FutureLand will be closed on sunday 4 April 2010.

Open or closed
Admission to FutureLand is free for individual visitors. We are open from Tuesday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. We are closed on Saturdays and Mondays.

Please note: winter time
We close an hour early between 1 November and Easter Sunday.
The precise opening hours from then on will be:
Tuesday-Friday:   10 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Sunday:              11 a.m. - 4 p.m.

The free guided tour starts every Sunday at 12 noon, and you are welcome to jump in at any point.

Group reservations
Are you coming with a group? Please book a guided tour. You will be received in the film room with a presentation and an introductory film. The guided tour includes extensive details on the exhibitions. Please contact us to receive further information about the tour and the costs.

Schools
School groups are also more than welcome to visit FutureLand, for example, with the EIC as part of an excursion through the port of Rotterdam. Call the Educational Information Centre for more information about the options and the costs: +31 (0)181-29 60 29. Information is also available on the website at www.eic-mainport.nl.

By water
Take the Fast Ferry to FutureLand. The ferryboat is a fun and easy way for cyclists coming from Hoek van Holland to visit FutureLand. You'll be amazed by the ferry ride past the giant container ships and mammoth tankers sailing to and from the port. The catamaran carries you to the Maasvlakte in just 15 minutes. Check the RET internet site for the ferry schedule.

FutureLand is also a great place to enjoy a cup of coffee, a special pastry, a light snack or lunch. The restaurant and adjoining terrace have a non-stop view of the sea and the construction work. Definitely worth a visit!
